I'm a senior leader with a career spanning 15 years in the technology industry and a successful track record of building and leading large, globally distributed, cross-functional teams, accelerating business performance for global SaaS companies. I am passionate about helping companies deliver best in class products, that enable customers address complex challenges through innovation. I also serve as a trusted advisor and investor for various venture-backed startups, while also lending my expertise to VC firms, as an advisor, venture partner, and scout. With extensive experience working with C-level executives across all functions, I have played a crucial role in shaping both long-term and short-term product and technology strategies. My career is defined by my ability to build consensus among leaders with diverse objectives. Startups & VC

Helping accelerate great companies

I’ve been a startup founder, an operator, and an investor. Over the years I’ve worked with various VC firms in the capacity of advisor, venture partner, and scout. I’m currently working with Flashpoint VC looking for B2B founders with a proven business model and great unit economics. I’ve invested as a business angel in various startups, with a focus on infrastructure, dev tools, open source, cybersecurity. I also invest as a member of a few private investment clubs and syndicate groups. Finally, I have experience working on post M&A technology integration projects at large scale.

Things I’m passionate about:

Advising VC/PE firms in technology due diligence. Working with portfolio company CTOs/CPOs to help them build a technology strategy and roadmap as well as optimize internal processes. I like working with technical founders to help them build a business plan and raise their first capital.

Building products using cutting edge engineering

I’m really interested in understanding and improving how we build software. I love helping companies understand and realize the full potential of their people and infrastructure. I have unique experience on improving developer productivity, developer experience, and designing and building developer platforms. I have a successful track record of leading cloud security implementations and working on compliance programs such as FedRAMP, SOC2, HIPAA, and more. I thrive on pushing forward operational excellence, through development standards and best practices.

Community

Giving back and driving thought leadership

I enjoy giving back to the community by participating in different working groups and giving conference presentations. I’m currently an Ambassador for the Data on Kubernetes Community and the Chair for the Cloud Advisory Board at DevNetwork. I’m also a member of Vation Venture’s Innovation Advisory Council, as well as a member of Harvard Business Review’s Advisory Council. More about my community engagement:
